Welcome to PDUs Planner ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using pdusplanner.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

PDUs Planner provides a platform to help PMI certification holders track and plan their Professional Development Units (PDUs). You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it through unauthorised means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

PDUs Planner offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on PDUs Planner are the property of PDUs Planner and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDUs Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
