1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDUs Planner ("Service", "we", "us") at pdusplanner.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PDUs Planner is an independent web application that helps PMI credential holders plan, track, and earn Professional Development Units (PDUs). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use this Service.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscription & Billing

Premium access is billed at $4.99/month via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance. You may cancel at any time through your Paddle billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Submit false or misleading PDU records

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software comprising the Service are owned by PDUs Planner or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that PDU plans, recommendations, or tracking data will meet PMI submission requirements. Always verify PDU eligibility directly with PMI.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDUs Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
