Information you provide directly:
- Email address and password
- Display name
- PMI credential type and cycle expiry date
- PDU activity logs (activity name, date, category, PDU count, provider, notes)
- Work status (used for AI plan generation)
Information collected automatically:
- Browser type, device, and operating system
- Pages visited and actions taken (via Sentry error monitoring)
- IP address
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Service
- To generate your personalised AI PDU plan via the Anthropic Claude API
- To process payments via Paddle (we never store card details)
- To send deadline reminder emails (if reminders are enabled)
- To monitor application errors and performance (Sentry)
- To respond to support requests
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
- Anthropic — AI plan generation
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Sentry — error monitoring and session replay
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth (bcrypt). Row Level Security (RLS) is enforced so users can only access their own data.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
8. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
