Overview
PDUs Planner subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address.
Renewals
We do not offer refunds for renewal charges if you forgot to cancel before your renewal date. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard → My Plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to Pro features until then.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
