If you're not satisfied with PDUs Planner Pro, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You contact us within 7 calendar days of your first subscription charge
- This is your first subscription to PDUs Planner Pro
Refunds are not available for subsequent monthly charges after the 7-day window, or for accounts that have previously received a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
3. Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund.
